General Visitor FAQ
1. Tickets
- Q Will paper tickets be mailed to me?

No paper tickets will be sent.
Your order confirmation email serves as your admission pass.
Please show the email on your smartphone upon entry.
- QI did not receive the confirmation email. What should I do?
- A
Please check your spam or junk mail folder.
If you still cannot find it, contact us at bososai2025@club.magarigawa.com with your registered email address and order number.
2. Fees & Parking
- QWhat is included in the general admission ticket?
- A
The ticket includes admission for one person and costs 5,000 yen per person. If you are arriving by car, a Park-and-Ride Parking Ticket (5,000 yen per vehicle) is required separately.
- QWhat are the fees for children?
- A
Children in elementary school and above require a ticket (5,000 yen). Preschool children are free.
- QWhere is the parking area?
- A
The general parking area is outside the club grounds. A shuttle bus will take you to the event venue.
3. Schedule & Access
- QWhat are the event hours?
- A
The event is scheduled for 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM on both days.
- Q Is the detailed event schedule available?
- A
A. It is currently being finalized.
Once confirmed, it will be posted on the official website.
- QHow long does it take from the general parking area to the venue?
- A
The shuttle bus ride takes approximately 15 minutes.
4.Admission & Clubhouse Access
- Q Can general visitors enter the clubhouse?
- A
No.
Clubhouse access is limited to club members and guests invited by the club.- QAre there any rules for visitors arriving by car?
- A
Arrival by car without a designated parking permit is not allowed.
Please also refrain from parking on public roads or at nearby facilities.
All guests must use the designated parking area.
5. Prohibited Items & Rules
- QMay I bring pets?

Pets are not allowed.
- Q Is smoking permitted?
- A
Smoking is allowed only in designated smoking areas.
All other areas are non-smoking.
- QCan I bring my own food or drinks?
- A
To ensure safety, excessive amounts of food and beverages should not be brought into the venue.
- QAre any items prohibited?
- A
Fire, fireworks, weapons, and any dangerous items are strictly prohibited.
6. Event Programs
- QIs advance registration required for the Supercar Ride-Along Experience?
- A
Yes. Advance registration is required and may be subject to a lottery or first-come, first-served basis.

The schedule will be announced once finalized.
- Q What is “Concept Parking”?

It is a special display area for vehicles registered in advance.
