Q Where can I purchase tickets?

Q Will a paper ticket be sent to me?

A No physical tickets will be issued.
Please present your ticket on your smartphone upon arrival.

Q What is included in the general admission ticket?

A The general admission ticket includes entry to Bososai as well as the shuttle bus fare. Additionally, the visitor parking lot is available free of charge.

Q What is the general admission fee for children?

A Children aged 15 and under may enter for ¥1,000 per person.
Please purchase tickets through the official ticket sales website.

Q Where is the visitor parking lot located?

A The general visitor parking lot is located outside THE MAGARIGAWA CLUB premises.
Please use the dedicated shuttle bus service between the parking lot and the venue.

Q What are the event opening hours?

A The public days are scheduled for 9:00 to 17:00 on both days.

Q Is there an event schedule available for the day?

Q Can I come to the venue by car?

A If you are coming by car, please purchase the “Admission Ticket” currently on sale.
It also includes the use of the event parking lot and shuttle bus.
Information regarding the parking lot and shuttle bus departure/arrival locations will be announced on the official website as soon as it is confirmed.

Q How long does it take from the visitor parking lot to the venue?

A The dedicated shuttle bus ride takes approximately 20 minutes.

Q Can I enter the clubhouse with a general admission ticket?

A General admission ticket holders are not permitted to enter the clubhouse.
Access is limited to THE MAGARIGAWA CLUB members and guests invited by the club.

Q Are there any points to note when arriving by car?

A Only permitted vehicles may enter the club premises. Parking at nearby facilities or on public roads is strictly prohibited.
Please be sure to use the designated visitor parking lot.

Q Can I bring my pet to the venue?

A Please refrain from bringing pets to the venue.

Q Is smoking permitted at the venue?

A Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas. All other areas are non-smoking.

Q Are there any restrictions on bringing items into the venue?

A You may bring food and beverages; however, for safety reasons, hazardous materials are strictly prohibited. Additionally, please refrain from bringing large quantities of food and drinks.

Q Will alcoholic beverages be available?

A We plan to sell and serve alcoholic beverages at the venue. Please be aware that consuming alcohol is strictly prohibited for those who will be driving.
